Role Overview We are seeking a Product Design Senior Director to lead the Commercial Card Experience team within the Experience Design organization. The team delivers software that empowers businesses to run their operations with confidence, working closely with financial managers and operators to understand their needs and co‑create products that drive business advantage.

Role Expectations

Lead a cross‑disciplinary team of design leaders and designers, collaborating deeply with research, product, and technology leadership.

Advocate for high‑leverage opportunities with executive stakeholders and lead high‑impact, complex design projects that set the bar for experience excellence and business outcomes.

Envision, design, deliver, and optimize experiences across web, mobile, human‑to‑human channels, and emerging technologies such as agentic AI.

Key Product Areas

Onboarding and managing business teams across a suite of business credit cards, rewards, and payment solutions.

Managing vendors, payments, getting paid, and spend controls across business accounts.

Integrating software with ERPs, accounting systems, and HR systems to deliver reliable data, monitor cash flow, and provide financial insights.

Managing corporate cards and digital wallets for various business users such as C‑suite executives, department heads, and project teams.

Present work to executives, integrating design frameworks, data, and research insights.

Basic Qualifications

At least 10 years leading product design teams and delivering products to market.

At least 3 years managing managers.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 12 years leading product design teams and delivering products to market.

Experience across product design, service design, design strategy, and content design.

Deep experience leading multidisciplinary design teams from strategy through delivery.

Experience partnering with product managers, engineers, marketing, and analytics across multiple business lines.

Experience interfacing with executive leadership to influence decisions and drive results.

Experience working within a design system.

Proficiency with web and mobile technologies and platforms.

Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Proficiency developing new systems, platforms, and investigating new technologies like LLMs and agentic AI.

Ability to develop business cases grounded in product and user experience value.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and people‑management skills.

Understanding of accessible product design for users with disabilities.
