We're looking for a strategic, results‑driven analytics leader to establish and drive end‑to‑end business performance measurement for our new Growth Marketing organization. This person will be instrumental in developing new metrics, leveraging critical dashboards and voice of customer and partner feedback to provide insights that redirect team efforts aligned with business goals.
Key job responsibilities Strategy & Analytics Development
Develop and implement new metrics aligned to business inputs and hypotheses
Build comprehensive measurement frameworks to track business performance
Drive data‑driven decision making across multiple stakeholders
Design and maintain P0 dashboards for key business metrics
Execution & Management
Lead the design and development of analytical tools and dashboards
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent measurement and reporting
Oversee creation and maintenance of key performance indicators
Manage and optimize performance tracking systems
Insights & Optimization
Track and analyze business performance metrics
Provide actionable insights to redirect team efforts
Serve as the primary voice for performance analytics internally
Basic Qualifications
9+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross‑functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working cross‑functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging
Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
