Creative Director Position Summary This role leads the future of brand-forward, technology-enabled creative within a fast-evolving healthcare and technology environment. As the Creative Director, you will shape and execute a modern brand strategy across digital, social, video, print, and experiential channels. Your focus will be on delivering high-impact storytelling, strengthening customer engagement, and driving measurable business outcomes. You will guide the development of compelling, data-informed content while building scalable systems that elevate creative quality and efficiency. By championing innovation and leveraging emerging technologies—including AI—you’ll empower teams to produce consistent, breakthrough creative work that resonates across audiences and platforms. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end creative strategy and execution for brand positioning, marketing initiatives, and cross-channel campaigns. Turn complex ideas and data into compelling visual narratives that resonate with defined audiences. Ensure brand clarity and consistency across all touchpoints, products, and customer segments. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing creative team, fostering excellence and accountability. Direct the development of high-impact content—from messaging and headlines to video, motion, presentations, and digital assets. Influence and align senior leaders around creative strategies that drive meaningful business results. Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure creative work supports broader business goals. Implement emerging technologies and AI tools to scale creative output and enhance brand expression. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and guide teams through ambiguity to aligned execution. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Advertising, UX, or a related field. 7+ years of experience leading creative direction, campaign development, or brand strategy. Demonstrated ability to deliver data-driven, high-performing creative initiatives. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar platforms. Ability to travel up to 10%. Preferred Experience Background in senior care, health technology, or other mission-driven sectors.
