We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Designer to join our internal Creative Services team. Reporting to the Chief Creative Officer, the Senior Designer will work with our team to support our internal clients and build the Olberding brand. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing within brand systems while looking for ways to push them forward.

Duties and Responsibilities
Design and execute branded assets for marketing and brand touchpoints
Edit and manipulate product imagery as needed, including retouching, background removal, and color adjustments
Create storyboards for short‑form motion content and collaborate with internal partners on production
Collaborate with internal teams including copywriters, designers, and marketing leads to ensure brand alignment across all assets
Apply established brand guidelines while identifying opportunities to evolve visual expression
Stay current on design trends, platform updates, and content innovations to inform creative decisions
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
Support the development of print and presentation materials
Explore and utilize Adobe Express and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite, and design technologies that increase workflow efficiency
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in branding and design
An excellent portfolio with strong conceptual design work
Proficient in Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; digital experience a plus)
Strong grasp of layout, color theory, and typography with a high attention to detail
Ability to storyboard and visualize concepts for video
Comfortable working within structured brand guidelines, while bringing fresh thinking to asset development
Effective communicator who is proactive, organized, and open to feedback
Strong conceptual thinker who can translate marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions
A collaborative teammate who thrives in fast‑paced environments
Curious and tech‑forward, with a desire to experiment with tools to boost design performance
