Our client is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level UX/UI Designer with strong visual design skills to support a Senior Designer or work as part of a collaborative design team.
This role focuses on UI execution with solid UX fundamentals and is ideal for a designer earlier in their career who is eager to learn, incorporate feedback, and contribute to polished, user-centered digital products.
You Will:
Support a Senior Designer or design team in delivering UX and UI design for product features and enhancements.
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs based on requirements, best practices, and guidance from senior team members.
Apply strong visual design fundamentals including layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and color to produce clean, consistent interfaces.
Develop prototypes to communicate interactions and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Participate in design critiques and reviews, incorporating feedback quickly while improving attention to detail and craft.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering partners to clarify requirements, refine designs, and support implementation.
Advocate for usability, accessibility, and user-centered decision‑making throughout the product lifecycle.
You Have:
1–4+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Visual/UI Design, or equivalent practical experience.
A portfolio that demonstrates both UX thinking and strong visual/UI execution, not just final screens.
Strong visual design skills, including composition, typography, spacing, and consistency across screens.
Experience working with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.
A collaborative mindset and comfort working under the direction of senior designers and cross‑functional partners.
An understanding of digital product design principles, including usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present work, explain rationale, and iterate based on feedback.
A growth mindset with excitement for learning, iteration, and skill development.
Logistics:
Start Date/Duration: Starting ASAP for a one‑year assignment and likely extended
Hours/Week: 40 Hours/Week
Onsite/Offsite: Remote working roughly ET or CT hours (*Must be based in the US)
Laptop/Software Requirements: Client-Provided Laptop & Software
