Junior Associate Attorney - Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising

Perkins Coie LLP, a premier international law firm, is looking for a passionate attorney with two to four years of experience to join our dynamic Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice in our Seattle office. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, and enforcement. Preferred qualifications include: Experience with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Familiarity with the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy. Background in copyright counseling, filing, and prosecution. We seek individuals who demonstrate: Attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong academic credentials and compelling legal writing skills. A proven track record in all areas of trademark, copyright, and domain name practice. Experience in a large law firm setting is also valuable.
