Description
Big R Stores has an opening at our growing Small Engine Repair Center located in Pueblo, CO. The successful applicant will work as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians to provide the best customer repair experience possible. The applicant will be responsible for communicating customer needs, answering questions and phone calls, processing transactions and bank deposits, and managing service documentation to ensure a satisfactory service experience for the customer. Essentially, they serve as the central communication hub in our repair facility, making them a crucial part of the customer experience. The applicant must be detail-oriented, committed to customer service, and comfortable in a shop office setting. Computer proficiency and the ability to lift and move small equipment is required. Ability to take constructive direction and instruction from team members as well as management.

Requirements
A valid Driver's License is required for this position.
Specific Functions: Answer all incoming service department calls and walk-ins with as little consultation with technicians as possible. Work with customers to resolve any complaints/issues. Utilize strong organizational and customer service skills to order parts and provide quality support for service technicians. Handle all shipping and receiving duties. Building, updating, and completing work orders. Maintain repair log to ensure efficiency and prevent lag in repair turnaround times. Monitor open work orders and parts order status and follow up on completion with service techs Follow the triage process to speed up check-in and diagnosis time. Check in equipment daily to keep rotation moving and ensure timeline efficiency. Establish priorities for specific customer service requests. Coordinate service work priorities with management. Keep all service and repair equipment tagged according to the call tag/ribbon system. Accept repair payments, manage safe and register, make bank deposits and cash orders.
