Responsibilities
The Associate Manager, Social Media will play a key role in shaping the brand's presence across social platforms by developing strategic content calendars, leading campaign and content execution and reporting while fostering an engaged online community. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to create social-first content, optimize performance through analytics, and ensure all social initiatives align with broader marketing and brand goals.
Support the Sr. Manager in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to drive brand awareness, in-store excitement, and community engagement
Build and maintain detailed monthly social content calendars that align with omni-channel marketing campaigns, product launches, cultural moments, and broader brand initiative
Lead the development of clear and actionable photoshoot concepts, campaign briefs, and timelines for major brand initiatives across organic, paid, and influencer-driven social programs
Maintain weekly performance reports on channel health and key campaigns
Create and publish compelling static and video content using platform-specific tools and best practices across all three brands
Partner with the Social Media Assistant to develop creative concepts for branded content execution to share on our paid and organic social channels
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, e-commerce, and licensing teams to ensure all social content is executed on time and aligned with brand guidelines
Manage daily community engagement in partnership with the Social Media Assistant, fostering meaningful interactions, responding to customer inquiries, and sourcing high-value UGC
Lead the development and distribution of recurring social analytics reports; provide thoughtful insights and recommendations to optimize content performance and audience growth
Monitor cultural, social, and retail trends in real time to identify timely, relevant content opportunities that strengthen brand voice and audience connection
Utilize social listening tools to gather customer insights and inform content, engagement strategy, and cross-functional business decisions
Use project management platforms (PageProof, Workzone, Monday.com, MS Office Suite, etc.) to manage workflows, maintain organization, and communicate effectively across teams
Manage influencer marketing initiatives, including outreach, product coordination, content tracking, and campaign documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and 3–5 years of experience in social media management and digital campaigns
Expertise in content creation and curation across multiple platforms
Proficiency with social media tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Instagram Reels editor, TikTok editor, etc.)
Familiarity with analytics and management platforms such as Emplifi, Meltwater, or Sprinklr (preferred)
Understanding of retail environments and brand positioning
Ability to lift 25+ lbs
Reliable transportation for product drop-offs
Willingness to travel up to 25%
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-volume projects
Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement
The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scopeand responsibilities of the position.
Pay Range
$70,000 - $80,000
