Join our team as an Audio Visual Operations Lead, where you will be the technical expert driving all AV and VTC operations. Your role will involve coordinating and troubleshooting complex audio/visual systems to ensure the success of meetings and events. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead AV/VTC operations and provide efficient troubleshooting.
Coordinate, schedule, and monitor AV and VTC activities seamlessly.
Operate and maintain sophisticated AV and VTC equipment for various events and meetings.
Deliver exceptional post-production and multimedia support.
Serve as the subject matter expert for all AV-related technical queries.
Required Skills and Abilities: Associate's degree or relevant technical training in AV technology.
Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in AV or VTC support.
Proficient in AV and graphic software tools.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
Demonstrated experience interacting with senior leadership and customers.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
You will regularly converse, listen, and write. Frequent use of hands or fingers to handle objects or controls will be required, as well as standing, walking, and reaching for objects. Expect to occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities may include close and distance vision, with the ability to adjust focus as needed. The noise level in your work environment is typically moderate.
