Design and implement automated workflows and processes to optimize content operations and partner with Product on content platform roadmap initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-team collaborations involving Content Operations, including live events, localization, systems changes, and updates.

Create collaborative relationships with team members across many departments and teams, including Content Acquisitions, Content Partnerships, Originals, International, Product, and Engineering.

Evaluate, implement, and manage operational third‑party applications and services such as Aspera, FrameIO, Virtual Edit Bays, AWS, QA, dubbing, and Audio Description generation.

Oversee third‑party vendor relationships, inclusive of negotiations, establishing workflows, technical integration, and managing invoices.

Ensure the team is structured effectively to scale and support the company’s goals, which may include variable schedules as necessary.

An endless commitment to quality and the best viewer experience possible.

Mastery of content ingestion and operations with proven ability to juggle a multitude of responsibilities, resolving high‑urgency issues, internal and external team requests.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to gain alignment and buy‑in from the team to move forward and continually improve operations.

Deep understanding of AWS and general cloud service technology, as well as various content management, video editing, file delivery, and other associated technologies.

General understanding of software development lifecycle.

Passionate fan of Movies & TV.
