About the Role
As the Community Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident experience, team leadership, financial performance, leasing, and compliance. You’ll set the tone for the entire community and ensure Green Leaf Sky delivers on our resident brand promise: Rooted in Care. Inspired by You.
This is a full‑time, on‑site leadership role , ideal for local candidates with demonstrated success in multi‑family property management and a passion for creating exceptional communities.
What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and motivate an onsite team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and solution‑oriented culture
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant management of the community
Drive all leasing initiatives to maximize occupancy, optimize revenue, and reduce vacancy loss
Execute marketing strategies and community outreach to strengthen the property’s presence and demand
Develop and implement resident engagement and retention plans that create a welcoming, connected community
Analyze market conditions and adjust leasing and marketing strategies to stay competitive and forward‑thinking
Manage budgets, financial reporting, rent collection, and delinquency mitigation with precision
Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently across all interactions, honoring our Resident Brand Promise
Partner closely with maintenance to uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, team members, leadership, and ownership
Represent GLPM with professionalism, care, and integrity at all times
What You Bring
3–5+ years of experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Manager in the multi‑family industry
Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower, develop, and coach onsite teams
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Financial acumen, including experience with budgets, reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics
Ability to interpret and respond to market trends, competition, and leasing opportunities
A passion for creating positive resident experiences and fostering a sense of community
Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
A leadership style that reflects GLPM’s values: Integrity, Community, Synergy, Responsibility, and Care
