Role Review We’re hiring a Web Developer & Designer with strong conversion instincts and solid implementation skills. Your primary focus initially Building and optimizing Go High Level funnels Leading development of the new Psycle Health marketing website Secondarily (ideal) You have experience (or strong familiarity) with the React/Next.js stack we plan to use for our app build in 2026 so you can support UI development as we transition from marketing execution into product. What You’ll Do (Phase 1: First 3-6 Months) Build, QA, and iterate Go High Level (GHL) funnels (lead gen, webinar, intake, partner acquisition) Improve conversion rates via landing page testing, UX optimization, and clear reporting Implement tracking cleanly ( GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel ) and ensure consistent UTM hygiene Pixel integration New Psycle Marketing Website (Primary) Design and develop the new Psycle Health website (WordPress or Next.js depending on final architecture) Ensure pages are fast, SEO-ready, mobile-perfect, and brand-consistent Collaborate with founders on messaging, structure, and page-by-page rollout What You’ll Do (Phase 2: Q4 2026) App UI Support (Secondary / Growth Path) As we begin building the Psycle portal + dashboards, you may support front‑end implementation and design using our recommended stack: Frontend Next.js (React + TypeScript) Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui React Hook Form + Zod Recharts (or Chart.js) Backend / Platform Awareness (nice‑to‑have) Node.js (TypeScript) on Google Cloud Run (NestJS or Express) Cloud SQL (Postgres) + GCS (signed URLs) Pub/Sub + Cloud Tasks for async jobs HIPAA‑aware patterns: keeping PHI off client SDKs, API‑mediated access, RBAC enforced server‑side You’re a Great Fit if You Have 2–5+ years building websites + landing pages with strong UX instincts Hands‑on experience with Go High Level funnel building WordPress experience (Elementor/Oxygen/Divi or custom themes) Comfort working independently, managing multiple pages/funnels, and shipping fast Bonus: experience with Next.js/React + TypeScript and modern component libraries (Radix/shadcn‑style) Bonus Points (Highly Valued) Familiarity with HIPAA‑aware web patterns (even if not “certified,” just best practices) Experience integrating CRMs and automations (GHL, Zapier, Make) Strong design taste + ability to work from systems (Figma/Canva design system) Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Mental Health Care Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Psycle Health by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
