Account Delivery Manager at Infobahn Softworld Inc Job Title: Software Technical Writer (Security) Experience At least five years of Technical Writing experience in a technical field (Engineering or Computer Science background is not required, but prior experience documenting product security technologies is strongly desired). Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or Masters with 2+ years of experience as a technical writer Experience using oXygen, XMetal, Quark, XMLMind or another XML editor, preferred Proficient creating and maintaining Sharepoint pages Experience with Adobe FrameMaker , Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Adobe Illustrator Experience working with version control systems - JIRA, Confluence, JAMA Familiar with authoring using Visual Studio Code and Markdown Editors Familiarity with cybersecurity Documentation Excellent writing, copyediting, and communication skills. Ability to deliver quick results without compromising quality. Ability to multitask on different projects and quickly adapt to evolving schedules.
