A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Texas Attorney with a background in the mortgage servicing industry. This role supports our expanding Texas practice and offers the opportunity to work closely with national mortgage servicers, investors, and financial institutions. Position Overview
The Texas Attorney will manage a diverse caseload involving foreclosure, eviction, and litigation matters within the Texas legal framework. You will collaborate with a skilled team while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional client service. Responsibilities
* Handle Texas-based foreclosure, eviction, and related litigation matters * Draft, review, and file motions, pleadings, and legal documents * Attend hearings (virtual and in-person as required) * Provide legal guidance to mortgage servicer clients and internal teams * Ensure compliance with client directives, timelines, and state-specific regulations * Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and quality

Qualifications
* Active Texas Bar License (in good standing) * 8+ years of experience in foreclosure, creditor's rights, real estate, or eviction law * Experience mortgage servicing clients strongly preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
