About the Role As a Senior Designer , you will help shape our company's visual identity, develop compelling visual content for marketing materials, and collaborate with design agency, product marketing, and product design teams. You will design the company website, create iconography, visuals, animations, presentations, and templates for external collateral. This position reports directly to the Chief Design Officer. Your Impact Brand Identity Management: Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines with external agencies and internal teams. Creative Asset Creation: Design marketing materials for digital and print, including website graphics, social media assets, email templates, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and event collateral. Collaboration: Work with marketing managers, copywriters, product teams, and engineers to translate strategies into visual stories. Conceptualization & Storytelling: Participate in creative brainstorms and develop original design concepts that resonate and drive action. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and deadlines. Stakeholder Communication: Present and refine creative ideas based on feedback. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices. What You Bring 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design or a similar role within an in‑house creative department or agency. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications Design, or a related field. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with motion graphics, animation tools (e.g., After Effects), or generative AI tools is a plus. A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and diverse high‑quality design work across mediums. Soft Skills: Exceptional creativity and artistic talent. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Strategic problem‑solving balancing artistic expression with business goals. Base Salary Range $155,000—$180,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location. The total typically involves 5–7 interviews and 5–8 hours of your time.
