We are seeking an SVP, Creative Product Solutions - Data & Technology to join our Global Data and Tech organization at Dentsu. In this role, you will leverage Dentsu’s proprietary Dentsu Connect platform and lead the solutioning for D&T in Creative in pitches and importantly connecting the story with the media solution leads for integrated pitches. Your contributions will directly support and impact client growth for the creative practice by harnessing the power of data, creative solutions, and audience strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead key pitches and organic growth opportunities from a D&T perspective for strategic Creative Practice Solutions including Dentsu Connect & GenStudio Dentsu+.
Connect the Creative and Production narrative with media and CXM for integrated pitches.
Analyze the RFP or client brief to identify pain points, business goals, and success metrics, translating these into solution requirements.
Architect a tailored solution that aligns with the client’s objectives, ensuring feasibility, scalability and innovation; collaborate with cross‑functional teams (tech, data, creative, etc.) to shape the offering.
Craft a compelling narrative that connects the solution to the client’s vision, highlighting differentiators, value propositions, and business impact while communicating technical details in a clear, client‑friendly way.
Present the solution during pitches as a key speaker, handling technical or strategic questions with confidence and adapting messaging to the audience (e.g., C‑suite vs. technical stakeholders).
Act as the central coordination point across departments, ensuring alignment between business, creative and technical teams, and lead rehearsals to refine pitches based on feedback.
Identify potential risks or limitations in the proposed solution, offering mitigation strategies or phased approaches to ensure delivery within time, budget and resource constraints.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting strategy and targeting, especially within evolving data privacy landscapes.
Leverage Dentsu’s data capabilities and industry partnerships to uncover new opportunities for client growth, pilot testing and innovation.
Qualifications
10+ years’ experience working in creative and marketing industries in both client and technology‑facing roles.
Good understanding of creative technology and marketing platforms, in particular Adobe AEM.
Expertise in using identity and data platforms to drive measurable campaign success and personalized customer experiences.
Rich understanding of audience tools and datasets ranging from panel‑based to large industry data assets including Nielsen, GWI, YouGov, MRI, Merkury, Experian, ComScore, Mastercard, D&B, etc.
Deep understanding of digital data technologies, including first‑party and third‑party data, data lakes, clean rooms, CDP, CRM, and identity solutions.
Proven experience in using advanced audience analytics, segmentation, and targeting to drive measurable campaign performance.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities with a strategic mindset.
Experience with media buy‑plan‑activate processes and technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with a proactive and growth‑oriented approach.
High accountability, ownership, and a collaborative mindset focused on partnership and innovation.
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $163,000 - $263,350. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
