Interior/Exterior Designer An outstanding, full-time opening is available for an Interior/Exterior Designer to join a highly established cutting edge company on a full time basis that has experience in construction management for the fast fine dining restaurant industry . Job Description Design the interior and exterior of restaurant buildings Sketch Preliminary architectural design drawings Draw rough and detail scale plans Collaborate with team members to determine how interior space will function Creative Design Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field is preferred 8 - 10 years’ experience in restaurant design/construction is a MUST Strong experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop & Sketchup are a MUST Knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements Proficient in reading and understanding construction documents .
