The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do
The Manager, Social Media is a creative and thoughtful communications professional who will focus on elevating and amplifying Arcellx’s corporate and executive thought leadership through social media channels.
- Develop editorial strategies, curate content, maintain a content calendar, manage reviews, schedule, distribute, and measure performance across all external platforms including graphics, videos, infographics, and long‑form articles.
- Manage all external digital platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Glassdoor, ensuring they reflect the latest company developments, research updates, clinical trials, investor relations content, and other corporate information.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create fresh, engaging content that represents the company’s innovations and achievements.
- Craft compelling storytelling that engages audiences internally and externally, and creates a unique point of view for topics relevant to the executive team, company, and members.
Skills and Experience We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of related experience in journalism, digital media, public relations, in‑house, or agency roles; biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience highly preferred.
- Proven experience and growth on multiple online channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, X, mobile devices).
- Strong attention to detail, project management, copy editing, and a solid understanding of multimedia and visual storytelling.
- Ability to take feedback and adapt content quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capacity to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging content.
Rewards at Arcellx
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $160,000 per year, with an annual bonus tied to company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. Relocation assistance is also offered if required.
