About the Role
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who is both a creator and an AI‑native storyteller. Your job is simple but high‑impact: Make Genstore impossible to ignore on social. You will execute our social strategy, create standout content, work with influencers, and turn product moments into viral moments. This is a hands‑on, creative, fast‑paced role.
What You’ll Do
- AI-Driven Content Creation
- Create daily/weekly short‑form videos using AI tools such as Veo3, CapCut, Runway, ElevenLabs, Descript, Midjounney, Canva and other image/video creation tools.
- Use AI to rapidly generate scripts, voiceovers, visuals, and motion content that showcase Genstore and AI agents.
- Turn product demos, workflows, and features into fun, scroll‑stopping social content.
- Social Channel Management
- Own Genstore’s social presence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, LinkedIn.
- Manage the content calendar, post consistently, and ensure the brand voice is modern, relatable, and creator‑friendly.
- Stay ahead of trends and adapt them creatively using AI‑generated content.
- Influencer & Creator Collaboration
- Identify and collaborate with creators in e‑commerce, AI, and TikTok Shop ecosystems.
- Help coordinate gifting, seeding, and content sharing.
- Performance & Optimization
- Track analytics: views, retention, shares, CTR, installs.
- Identify high‑performing content styles and double down.
- Adjust editing, AI workflows, hooks, and posting strategy based on data.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in social media, content creation, or influencer/social marketing at a startup or creative company.
- Strong ability to create short‑form videos using AI + mobile‑first tools.
- Must have direct experience with AI video generation tools and AI voice tools.
- A natural understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and YouTube Shorts formats and algorithms.
- Creative instincts for hooks, storytelling, pace, and emotion.
- Ability to learn new AI tools quickly and push their limits.
- Experience working with creators or influencers.
- Comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment with tight loops.
