Your Role as a Med Mal Litigation Associate:
- Manage complex litigation from inception through trial and appeal.
- Assist in trial prep, including second‑chair roles in high‑exposure cases.
- Conduct depositions, draft motions, manage discovery, and perform legal research.
- Prepare appellate briefs and argue in reviewing courts.
- Build client relationships and provide strategic advice.
- Collaborate with top‑tier attorneys across Chicago and the Midwest.
