Overview
We’re hiring 1–2 team members based in or relocating to Atlanta to lead client relationships, analyze marketing data, and provide strategic consulting to grow our clients’ online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple client accounts, providing quick answers to marketing questions.
Lead monthly check‑ins, walk clients through performance metrics, and propose next‑step strategies.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Data Studio, and Lighthouse for reporting.
Diagnose and troubleshoot unforeseen SEO issues through research and collaboration.
Partner with clients in a consulting capacity to identify growth opportunities and deepen our agency’s relationship.
Present findings to stakeholders at the C‑suite and managerial levels.
Guide the internal client team to deliver high‑quality, timely results aligned with client expectations.
Identify and fix technical SEO issues on client websites.
Qualifications
2–3 years of marketing experience, with at least 1–3 years agency or client‑facing roles.
Strong academic performance (minimum 3.8 GPA) and test scores in the 90th percentile.
Alumni of one of the top educational institutions in the country or Southeast (UGA, Emory, Georgia Tech, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and think on your feet.
Strong problem‑solving skills and resilience in the face of obstacles.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, excellent time‑management and prioritization.
Professional track record in an office setting.
Proficiency with new software and ability to learn quickly.
Comfortable managing high volumes of email, scheduling, and task coordination.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year.
Health insurance stipend: $100 monthly if opting out of company plan.
Performance bonuses: $0–$16,000 annually (target $8,000); additional bonus for client growth $0–$8,000 quarterly; team performance bonus $0–$4,000 yearly.
Estimated year‑one earnings: $85,000–$110,000.
