About the Role The Accountant II for 340B Accounting & Funds Flow will support two critical areas of hospital finance: ensuring accurate accounting, reconciliation, and compliance for the 340B Drug Pricing Discount Program, and managing the financial tracking and reporting of funds flow between UI Health Hospital and its affiliated units. This position requires strong accounting skills, attention to regulatory detail, and the ability to collaborate across finance, compliance, pharmacy, and clinical teams. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate accounting records for the 340B program, including reconciliation and compliance with federal regulations. Track and report financial flows between UI Health Hospital and its affiliated units. Collaborate with finance, compliance, pharmacy, and clinical teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory adherence. Prepare reports and documentation supporting the 340B program and funds flow processes.
