As Head of Design, you will lead the design function for our Agentic AI initiative. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, delightful, and intelligent user experiences that connect our deep operational expertise with the power of AI. You will set the design direction for our core design team and leverage our in‑house design consultancy to deliver intuitive, efficient, and scalable experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts from across our business to bring these experiences to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the design vision for agentic AI products, ensuring they reflect deep empathy for both end users and our operators.
Lead and mentor a team of designers and manage external design partners, establishing design standards, processes, and culture.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and SMEs to shape product strategy, features, and experiences.
Conduct on‑site observations and user research across operational centers to deeply understand user contexts, workflows, and pain points.
Translate insights into design principles, frameworks, and prototypes that make complex systems accessible and elegant.
Prototype design with speed and agility. Translate the design into executable format among stakeholders.
Partner with Engineering to ensure seamless, timely and efficient implementation of design systems and maintain UX quality through delivery.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in product design, with a track record of leading design teams in product‑driven environments.
Demonstrated experience building consumer‑grade, intuitive experiences for complex systems.
Strong consumer sensibility and proven ability to turn user insights into actionable design strategies.
Excellent collaboration skills and comfort partnering with diverse stakeholders from operations, engineering, and product management.
Comfortable with global travel to conduct field research and user immersion.
Portfolio showcasing design leadership across digital products and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building consumer‑facing products at leading technology companies (e.g., FAANG, MANGO). Proven ability to design for both consumer and enterprise audiences, ideally within B2B or B2B2C contexts. Candidates who bridge user‑centered design excellence with scalable business strategy are especially valued.
Prior experience designing AI, automation, or intelligent systems products.
Hands‑on knowledge of human‑machine interface, behavioral psychology disciplines.
Able to work flexibly to accommodate early morning meetings with East Coast and India Standard Time zones.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$160,000 to $200,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
Work‑from‑Anywhere Roles – Los Angeles, California‑based candidates are not eligible for this role.
