Position Overview:

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and service-driven Onsite Property Manager to lead operations at our new 171-unit multifamily community. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a lease-up from the ground floor — building strong resident relationships, creating efficient systems, and helping shape the community's success story.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all onsite operations, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and vendor coordination.
• Lead the lease-up effort, ensuring high occupancy and strong retention through proactive marketing and outreach.
• Manage property financials, prepare monthly reports, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all maintenance and curb appeal standards are met.
• Build and maintain a positive, professional community atmosphere for residents and staff.
• Collaborate closely with corporate leadership to meet performance goals and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience (lease-up experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in property management software .
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional living experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
