Position Overview:
The Director of Advertising Products a strategic, results-focused role to lead the vision, development, and rollout of our new self-service advertising platform, Naviga Propel. This role is pivotal in driving product innovation, user adoption, and operational resilience across our advertising ecosystem.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, support, and implementation to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions.
Define and evolve the product strategy for our self-service advertising platform, aligning with our other Advertising management systems, company goals and market trends.
Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance automation, reduce friction, and improve advertiser outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SOC 2 compliance, risk mitigation, and seamless client integration.
Champion user experience, driving clean, modern design and data transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitor performance metrics, user feedback, and market signals to guide continuous improvement.
Represent the product internally and externally, acting as a thought leader in advertising technology.
Maintain flexible hours to accommodate management and coordination with outshore team in India.
Education, Experience, and Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong understanding of ad operations, campaign workflows, and automation strategies.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a knack for translating complexity into clarity.
Familiarity with common data formats including JSON, XML, regular expressions.
Experience:
8+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership role focused on advertising technology and/or Self-Serve platforms.
Proven success launching and scaling self-service products in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2), risk documentation, and technical integrations.
Experience integrating AI integrations and automations is a plus.
Physical & Other Requirements:
