WAY REAL ESTATE is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the real estate industry.
This is a remote, part-time position with the potential for long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Design advertising creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Create banners, posts, and stories for social media platforms.
Prepare digital promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop engaging visual concepts.
Maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across all platforms.
Stay up to date with design and real estate marketing trends to keep content fresh and appealing.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate design or related industries (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva.
Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual balance.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
