Company Description

CPK Studios owns and operates three Club Pilates boutique fitness studios in Essex and Union County NJ offering 12-person reformer Pilates group classes as well as private instruction.

Role Description

This is an on-site role for Sales Manager of Club Pilates in Livingston, NJ. The Sales Manager will work closely with the studio general manager and is responsible for new business coming into the studio.

Responsibilities

• Enrolling new members
• Managing sales associate staff
• Delivering intro class sales pitch
• Booking prospects into intro classes
• Understanding new product offerings and promotions
• Coordinating and staffing grassroots outreach events

Qualifications

• Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Building skills
• Previous experience in B2C membership sales
• Weekend and evening availability
• Grassroots marketing and promotional skills
• Management and leadership skills
• Experience in utilizing fitness studio management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $27.00 per hour
