Product Marketing Director, W&B Models – Weights & Biases

What You’ll Do
Serve as the critical “connective tissue” between Product Management and Sales, translating new products and features into sales-ready content and training
Create sales training and programs, such as demo certification and objection handling, to improve sales effectiveness and win rate
Craft engaging customer-facing content such as solution briefs, sales presentations, data sheets, whitepapers, and ROI/TCO analysis
Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate W&B Models in the marketplace
Who You Are
10+ years of experience in product marketing within the software industry
Experience selling a technical product to a technical audience, with bonus points for AI experience
Experience supporting an Enterprise GTM motion that includes direct sales, channel and services partners, strategic alliances, and technology ecosystems
Experience in a multi-product organization, including full lifecycle experience from pre-launch to large-scale adoption and revenue
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business, or related area; MBA is a plus

Ability to dive deep and partner with Product Management to provide input into product roadmap, based on market and customer research findings, industry analyst interactions, and competitive findings

Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program are included.
