Ability to handle fast-paced and stressful situations.
Basic math skills.
Effective communication skills.

Maintain product knowledge to assist customers and make informed recommendations.
Prepare custom bakery items like wedding cakes based on customer requests.
Sample new and inquiring bakery items to enhance customer experience.
Inspect product quality for freshness and manage inventory accordingly; adhere to health regulations at all times.
Decorate cakes, pastries, cookies, and various baked goods creatively and attractively.
Assist in labeling, stocking, and inventorying bakery merchandise.
Report any discrepancies in product orders or shipments promptly to management.
Maintain awareness of store layout to assist customers in finding products efficiently.
Follow all safety procedures and identify any unsafe conditions promptly.
Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Report any safety risks or illegal activities to management immediately.
