Salesforce Architect - Service Cloud & OmniStudio Location: Dearborn, MI Duration: Open ended long term Pay Rate: $60-$70 per hour on W2 with benefits
Position Description: Job Title: Technical Lead
Salesforce (Service Cloud & OmniStudio) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to define the technical vision and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this leadership role, you will oversee the architecture and development of Service Cloud and OmniStudio implementations, ensuring they support our critical captive finance operations.
Experience Required: Deep Salesforce Platform Expertise: Expert-level mastery of Service Cloud (Case Management, Console, Entitlements, Knowledge). Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform core, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing. OmniStudio Specialization: Strong architectural background in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity). Proven ability to design complex, guided user experiences and high-performance data integration layers using OmniStudio tools. Data & Integration: Extensive experience designing enterprise-grade data models and managing secure API integrations (REST/SOAP) in a large-scale environment.
Experience Preferred: Automotive Cloud or Financial Service Cloud
