Overview We are seeking freelance contributors to work remotely. This role is paid on a freelance basis (1099) and offers flexible hours with weekly payouts through our secure platform. Base pay varies by location and is complemented by performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities
Develop complex, professional-level prompts and evaluate nuanced AI reasoning.
Provide clear, concise, and engaging writing to explain decisions or critique responses.
Demonstrate attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and assessment of technical aspects of model outputs.
What We’re Looking For
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop complex prompts and evaluate AI reasoning.
Strong Writing: Clear, concise, and engaging writing to explain decisions or critique responses.
Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy in evaluating technical outputs.
Nice to Have
Experience in fields like literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, etc.
Prior writing or editorial experience (content strategist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
Interest or background in AI, machine learning, or creative tech tools.
Freelance experience and ability to work on a per-hour basis.
Pay & Logistics
Type: Freelance/1099 contract — not an internship.
Location: 100% remote
Schedule: Flexible hours — you choose when and how much to work.
Payouts: Weekly via our secure platform.
Base Rate (by location): US $16.07, GB £13.30, CA $20.50, AU $26.25, IE €14.60, NZ $26.00 (local rates may vary).
Bonuses: Additional pay based on project performance.
Notes: You must be authorized to work in your country of residence. This contract is paid freelance and we do not sponsor work visas. Compensation rates may differ for non-US locations.
