Direct Marketing Associate - Salt Lake City, Utah
Join Renewal by Andersen’s growing team of Direct Marketing Associates in the Salt Lake City area. We’re seeking an accomplished, driven, and collaborative associate to help perfect our customers’ experience in upgrading their homes.
This position earns uncapped commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year. Base pay starts at $20 an hour, based on factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications.
Role Purpose Engage in generating highly qualified leads by conducting door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and targeted market areas, and earning a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Minimum age of 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy
Reliable transportation to navigate the territory
Strong verbal communication skills
Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated
Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day
Responsibilities
Generate leads through door‑to‑door canvassing in assigned territory, per the Canvassing Program Manager’s instructions.
Transport and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.
Use Renewal by Andersen mapping and business applications to keep accurate house‑to‑house records and data tracking.
Maintain courteous, neat, clean appearance and proper uniform with required municipal permitting.
Attend company meetings as required.
Communicate ideas that improve canvassing program effectiveness to the program manager.
Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product, and current promotional offerings.
Become a Signature Service expert.
