This role is expected to be in the office 4 days a week. The Advisor Services Digital Experience Team is responsible for the management and optimization of Schwab Advisor Service’s digital content websites, ensuring that advisors who come to Schwab, and grow with us once here, can navigate and find information easily.
A Day In Your Life Includes
Content Management System (CMS) strategy and platform alignment: Representing the Advisor Services business and marketing needs to ensure alignment with CMS and platforms. Capturing and representing digital channel initiatives for prioritizations and broad advancements roadmaps.
Accelerated Content Delivery: Collaborate with Marketing Technology, Design System Partners, and Platform to help inform the prioritization of capabilities for faster content delivery and personalization in line with complex advisor journeys.
Working side‑by‑side with digital channel owners and fellow marketers to assess and assign production work.
Taxonomy Strategy and Management: Managing, guiding, and collaborating with the team and with partners across Advisor Services Marketing and content platform production teams to identify and maintain requirements for structured content taxonomy to enhance user experience and enable personalization.
Additional Capabilities and Data: Defining key capabilities such as data integration to deliver on business and marketing strategic priorities and enabling better marketing and targeted experiences on our website. Owning the roadmap for web and data infrastructure needs, working closely with marketing technology and platform teams.
Pitching in on project teams to execute content and program development against marketing plans and requirements.
Working with agencies to bring our programs and site experiences to life.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on content marketing, development, and content management systems. Financial services experience is a plus.
Deep knowledge of UX and design including UX principles, design systems, and proficiency in design tools like Figma.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing practices and tactics.
CMS (content management system) experience.
Experience with authoring tools such as video/audio recording and editing software, (Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Captivate, HTML, Adobe suite, After Effects, Premier Pro).
Strong experience leading partners and teams in large‑scale projects and deliverables in a matrixed environment and the ability to manage production workflows.
Project management skills with examples of where you were successful in juggling a few or more projects with fast turnarounds and timelines.
An eye for design with an ability to collaborate with creative teams to build compelling digital/website experiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing briefs, strong copy writing, editing and proofreading.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Strong PowerPoint skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience.
