REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER – Eurest USA Join Eurest USA and help us deliver world‑class meals to the nation’s largest companies. This role supports our 16,000 chefs and associates by leading regional marketing initiatives across corporate cafés, executive dining rooms, and vending innovations.

Salary:

$95,000 – $115,000 / year. (Position eligible for Employee Referral Bonus.)

Job Summary:

The Regional Marketing Manager drives corporate marketing and merchandising initiatives, ensuring brand standards, and leads marketing strategies that support regional growth and strategic sales objectives. This role requires a balance of creativity and strategic thinking, along with coordination and execution of marketing plans that enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

• 50% regional travel required to support marketing efforts, site visits, account reviews, and operational initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

Partner with operations teams to implement monthly marketing initiatives, maintain QA standards, and support presentation needs, site visitations, and account reviews.

Develop customized regional marketing strategies aligned with local market trends and consumer preferences.

Coordinate and execute regional and corporate strategic marketing projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with the marketing team.

Analyze and report marketing performance metrics to the Regional Vice President, aligning with YOY growth goals and KPIs.

Build deep knowledge of the regional marketplace, providing education and insights to unit operators.

Develop innovative, on‑trend marketing and merchandising strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Manage development and distribution of monthly marketing resources, ensuring creative and promotional materials meet quality standards.

Support new account openings, focusing on front‑of‑house marketing, branding, and communication strategies.

Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring emerging marketing technologies and service models.

Collaborate with operational services, IT, print/digital vendors, and partners to execute marketing programs.

Lead and contribute to marketing projects related to business development, digital solutions, and account openings.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of marketing operations experience in a similar role; food & beverage/hospitality marketing experience strongly preferred.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling brand messaging.

Strong merchandising and station presentation skills, ensuring visually impactful brand representation.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.

Experience with project management, managing multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines efficiently.

Strong organizational skills, juggling multiple projects and communicating with stakeholders.

Familiarity with video content creation and editing to enhance marketing materials.

Experience with CRM platforms, social media content management, and digital applications is a plus.
