Job Summary and Qualifications Seeking an
Occupational Medicine Sales Representative
who provides expertise and champions patient care.
The ideal candidate is committed to supporting others and delivering high‑quality client service.
Key Responsibilities
Act as liaison for clients, resolving complaints or issues within clinics and with services.
Inform clients of changes in services, pricing, regulations, or procedures.
Pursue occupational services revenue via direct sales to companies—mailing marketing materials, telephone solicitation, cold calling, in‑person outreach, and appointment setting with key personnel.
Report all sales activity, new accounts, commissions, clinic volume, clinic revenue, and other required reports to the sales manager.
Schedule and conduct tours of clinics with existing and potential clients to facilitate employer/provider relationships.
Complete and submit bids, proposals, and pricing agreements for territory accounts.
Establish and implement the client’s unique protocol via the preference card to ensure correct processing of employees through clinics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
Sales experience required; healthcare or medical service sales experience highly preferred.
Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a medical setting or medical services setting.
Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
Appointment setting and closing skills required.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
Salesforce.com experience highly preferred.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel within the market.
