This client is a design/build general contractor that operates primarily in the commercial and light-industrial spaces. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, cost controls, and cash flow to ensure financial objectives are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, sequencing work to meet contractual milestones. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality and productivity. Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress pay applications. Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues related to scope, cost, schedule, and constructability. Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to report progress and resolve concerns. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience leading projects in the commercial, industrial, or manufacturing spaces Track record of successfull running projects valued at $8M+ Experience with preconctruction concepts in order to collaborate with precon team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to be the main point of contact for key clientele What's on Offer
Competitive base salary of $125,000 - $140,000 based on qualifications Strong yearly bonuses (approx. 15% of base salary) Profit sharing contributions on top of bonus 401(k) with automatic employer match Excellent health, dental, and vision plans Company car + gas card 3-4 weeks PTO (negotiable) + holidays and much more!
