Likely Inc. is a creative studio dedicated to designing and manufacturing thoughtful, sustainable luxury packaging. Our clients include some of the most design-forward and influential brands in the market, as well as emerging companies shaping their industries.
We are seeking a strong, experienced Packaging Graphic Designer with a solid background in both production setup and creative packaging design. This role requires someone who is confident switching between technical production work and creative concept development depending on the needs of the company. You must be proactive, highly organized, and able to take full ownership of projects while communicating clearly with the team.
Responsibilities
Develop production-ready artwork for boxes, bags, labels, tins, and all packaging categories
Create structural layouts, dielines, and print-ready files with accuracy and attention to detail
Concept, design, and refine creative packaging solutions that align with brand direction
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, sourcing, creative, and sales
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Communicate directly with internal teams to ensure correct output
Adapt quickly as project needs shift between creative exploration and technical setup
Take initiative on projects without constant supervision and ask thoughtful questions when clarity is needed
Maintain organized files, version control, and consistent documentation throughout each project
Requirements
3–4 years of professional experience in packaging design
Strong understanding of production setup for
boxes, bags, labels , and all forms of printed packaging
Proven experience creating dielines, preparing artwork for print, and working with manufacturing partners
Self-management skills and the ability to lead projects independently
Experience working with
startups
and
cross-functional teams
Ability to think creatively while maintaining technical accuracy
Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients and suppliers
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to pivot quickly as priorities evolve
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required)
This is a full-time in-studio position for the first two months
Two remote workdays per week after onboarding
