Overview The Executive Marketing Consultant will serve as the marketing strategy leader and subject‑matter expert, guiding Impact’s sales teams and high‑profile clients in leveraging Impact’s Managed Marketing Services. This role involves engaging C‑level executives, conducting strategic marketing assessments, and shaping impactful marketing transformations tailored to clients’ core business challenges and objectives. You’ll leverage cutting‑edge AI tools and our proprietary Thought Architecture™ framework to accelerate research, synthesis, and strategy development, allowing you to focus your expertise on creative problem‑solving and compelling storytelling that wins partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic market development: Drive territory growth and market expansion by identifying new opportunities, developing high‑level account plans, and managing pipeline origination.

Engage executive leadership: Build and maintain relationships with C‑level executives, positioning Impact as a strategic partner for marketing transformation.

Conduct comprehensive business transformation assessments (BTAs) and provide high‑impact marketing recommendations aligned with clients’ overarching business strategies.

Articulate Impact’s integrated marketing systems and solutions, translating complex marketing strategies into clear business value propositions for executive decision‑makers.

Craft compelling, customized proposals, executive presentations, and briefs to influence decision‑making and secure new business partnerships.

Partner with Impact’s marketing teams to ensure seamless handoff and execution of projects post‑sale.

Act as a marketing thought leader, staying abreast of industry trends and communicating innovative solutions to prospects and clients.

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage quota attainment, and drive revenue growth within both new and existing accounts.

Utilize advanced AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate market research, competitive analysis, and strategic intelligence gathering at the executive level, guiding clients and internal teams in adopting AI‑driven insights for marketing strategies and business transformation initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

10+ years of strategic marketing and business development experience.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven track record of influencing C‑suite decision‑making and delivering measurable business results.

Demonstrated success in driving high‑value marketing initiatives and securing complex deals.

Strong leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with executives.

Deep expertise in marketing strategy, digital solutions, and sales enablement.

Experience utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for executive‑level research, analysis, and strategic consulting.

Ability to synthesize large volumes of data from multiple sources into actionable strategic intelligence using AI platforms.

Inquisitive, persistent, and courageous, with the ability to challenge assumptions and viewpoints respectfully, especially in the context of emerging technology and AI adoption.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Impact, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000–$150,000 plus commission/bonus plan eligibility, if applicable.
