We're looking for someone who thrives on momentum. Someone who can take a small-to-midsize landscape project from concept to close with creativity, clarity, and care. If you love the design-build world but want to focus on projects that move fast, generate revenue, and make an immediate impact, this role is for you.
You'll be successful here if:
- You're a creative thinker with a strong grasp of native plants, hardscape, and outdoor living design.
- You can leverage your existing network and connections to create new business opportunities.
- You enjoy prospecting and following up with potential clients to keep your pipeline full.
- You meet with clients, listen well, and guide them toward smart, beautiful solutions that fit their budget and style.
- You're comfortable managing multiple smaller projects at once - and keeping them all on track.
- You're confident in your design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.) and can produce clean, compelling presentations.
- You're energized by the idea of helping drive cash flow through efficient, high-quality work and strong closing skills.
