Pay Range: $55/hr to $60/hr on W2

Job Description:
- This role involves partnering with the Executive Producer to manage day-to-day production and workflow for various projects within the studio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of tracking and communicating complex work items across multiple projects and disciplines and committed to fostering an inclusive work environment while delivering exceptional gaming experiences.
- In this role, the position serves as a key contributor between internal and external teams across a wide variety of functions and subject matter expertise, with direct influence and responsibility for the quality and outcomes of feature development, product publishing efforts, and strategic partnerships.
Explain a typical day in the role:
- Manage day-to-day Production duties ranging from meetings with internal and external developers, planning and schedule coordination, working in ADO for task or bug tracking, as well as working with other various partner teams needed for game development (release management, player engagement, localization, test, etc.
What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role:
- A proven game Producer with at least two shipped games on console or PC with that title
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, communicate, track, and report on individual tasks and work items
- Coordinate across teams to deliver quality on time for features, content, events, testing, localization, product extensions, and user engagement
- Review and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmaps
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to remove blockers and ensure pathways to product development and go-to-market goals
- Communicate status and updates on critical work items to key stakeholders regularly
- Actively unblock workflows by utilizing existing solutions and/or implementing new tools or processes
- Provide flexible assistance for other Producers as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a video game Production or Project Management role focused on PC and/or Console games with at least 2 shipped titles credited as producer
- Ability to identify gaps and product needs proactively
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills for documenting plans and supporting team goals
- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
- Continuous drive to learn and adapt to evolving environments and gaming trends
- Passion for and understanding of gaming and gaming culture
- Self-starter with flexibility to work varying hours based on project demands
- Experience working in distributed teams and supporting remote collaboration
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Teams, Office tools, and other project management platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Games-as-a-Service and operating live products
- PC technical knowledge and PC gaming experience
- Scrum Certification as Scrum Master or Product Owner
- Familiarity with C#, C++, or other programming languages and basic engineering concepts
- Ability to provide additional perspective to improve overall franchise quality
