Who We Need
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape the vision, product strategy, and user experience of Rillet. The role is remote‑first with occasional travel.
What You'll Do
Define and drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire‑framing to UI design.
Collaborate with product and engineering to set short‑term tactical goals and long‑term product vision and roadmap.
Establish design principles and direct Rillet's design system.
Lead user research initiatives.
Understand user goals, business requirements, and technical constraints that shape the product.
Invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting.
Lead and mentor a team of product designers, ensuring their success.
Recruit and onboard new product designers.
Contribute directly to Rillet's UX/UI design.
What We're Looking For
5+ years experience leading design teams in product‑driven B2B SaaS environments.
5+ years experience delivering end‑to‑end design projects from research to implementation.
Proven experience with complex design problems and systems.
Demonstrated experience across all design stages, from discovery to delivery.
Ability to visualize complex systems, from financial concepts to design system components.
Challenge status‑quo and bring inspiration from varied sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication to work with cross‑functional teams and customers.
