Several years of marketing experience in games, entertainment, or consumer tech.
Strong writing skills for web, email, and social.
Comfortable planning and running campaigns end-to-end (launches, updates, announcements).
Able to use tools yourself to ship work quickly (slides, design and video tools, email platforms).
Familiar with how players and/or game devs discover and talk about new games.
Comfortable working in a small team where plans change and not everything is defined.
Recommended
Experience building a game platform, live-service game, or developer-facing product.
Have worked with creators and communities (X, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Reddit).
Have set up email marketing flows (welcome series, update announcements, etc.).
Used to working with designers or editors and giving clear, direct feedback.
Bonus
You've been an early marketing hire at a startup or helped launch something new.
You are an expert in design and video editing, to ship your own ideas.
You've run paid campaigns or A/B tests, or worked on SEO/content.
