Senior Manager, Studio & Creative Production Opportunity at a Glance As Senior Manager, Studio & Creative Production, you'll advance visual storytelling that brings Adtalem's transformation to life. From concept to final cut, you'll craft compelling content across social, digital, and owned channels while owning our in-house broadcast studio operations. Working in close coordination with the communications team, you'll transform complex healthcare narratives into polished visual stories that position our executives as thought leaders and showcase our impact on healthcare.

Your Daily Focus

Lead visual storytelling with editorial precision

— Working closely with the communications team, direct, shoot, and edit content that transforms strategic objectives into compelling stories across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, website, and internal platforms

Own studio operations end-to-end

— Manage Adtalem's broadcast studio including day‑to‑day operations, production scheduling, equipment maintenance, workflow optimization, and technical setup for live recordings and events

Produce strategic content across formats

— Create executive thought‑leadership videos, earnings communications, social media content (both short‑form and long‑form), employee stories, event coverage, and campaign assets that drive engagement and brand elevation

Edit with vision and craft

— Transform raw footage and b‑roll into polished narratives; cut compelling executive social content; build motion graphics and animations that enhance storytelling and extend reach across platforms

Execute productions from concept through distribution

— Partner with communications strategists on creative development; script, storyboard, and plan shoots; manage vendor relationships when external production support is needed; ensure seamless execution from pre‑production through final delivery

Maintain brand excellence

— Ensure visual consistency, storytelling quality, and strategic alignment across all content while moving quickly in a fast‑paced environment

What You Bring

Visual storytelling expertise and strong creative vision

— You understand pacing, emotion, and narrative structure; you know how to direct on‑camera talent (especially executives) and make real‑time creative decisions that serve business objectives

Advanced editing mastery

— Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; ability to cut compelling narratives from executive interviews, b‑roll, and raw footage; strong motion graphics and animation capabilities for social content

Production excellence

— Professional camera operation, lighting design, and audio capture that consistently deliver broadcast‑quality results

Studio management capabilities

— Experience running production facilities including workflow systems, equipment maintenance, scheduling, and technical operations

Collaborative translator

— You excel at taking strategic communications objectives and translating them into compelling visual execution; you bring creative solutions while respecting strategic intent and working effectively across teams

Strategic versatility and autonomy

— Equally comfortable concepting a CEO social series, directing a multi‑camera earnings production, or executing solo documentary‑style shoots; you work independently and move fast

Meticulous attention to detail

— You obsess over color grading, audio mixing, and visual polish; quality matters in every frame

Vendor management experience

— Ability to scope, brief, and manage external production partners when projects require additional resources or specialized expertise

Portfolio that demonstrates range

— Work samples showing executive content, social storytelling, long‑form branded videos, motion graphics, and platform‑specific formats (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram)

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

10+ years required

Visual storytelling expertise with a strategic mindset for how content drives business objectives

Strong production skills including camera operation, lighting, and audio capture that deliver broadcast‑quality results

Advanced editing proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Versatility and autonomy — comfortable leading complex productions or executing solo shoots with equal confidence

Collaborative leadership that builds strong partnerships across teams and empowers colleagues

Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to produce compelling content across formats and platforms

Additional Information In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.00 and $127,957.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
