Director of Marketing
Granger Medical Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution, and a self-starter with a hands‑on approach.
Position Overview The Director of Marketing is responsible for strategic marketing plans, service marketing, and messaging strategies for all divisions of Granger Medical Clinic. This role will coordinate communication efforts, market campaigns, media messaging, e‑marketing initiatives, and other communication vehicles to ensure all are representative of the Clinic's goals, strategy, and mission.
About Granger Medical Clinic Granger Medical Clinic is the largest independent medical group in the Salt Lake Area, offering physician and outpatient services.
Responsibilities
Strategically lead marketing efforts across the system
Partner with the executive team to assess the current marketing activities
Create strategies to drive business development and increase market share
Implement a system to drive organizational effectiveness of all marketing activities
Translate business objectives and strategies into actionable brand initiatives that drive growth and strengthen market presence.
Oversee external communications including website development and social media
Make staffing and hiring decisions within the marketing department
Oversee and manage all public relations activities, including press interactions and media outreach.
Develop promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies
Support the onboarding process for new providers to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Requirements
BS/BA in Marketing or related field
Minimum 8 years marketing experience
2 years' experience at director level or 5 years' experience at manager level
Experience with E‑marketing, SEO and Social Media preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Salary:
$95 - 125K, DOE
