Sr. Director, Partnerships & Influencer Marketing

This senior leadership role is responsible for building and scaling an integrated global strategy across strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer marketing to drive brand awareness, trust, and customer acquisition. You will lead a newly unified team overseeing paid influencers, affiliate ambassadors, and high-impact sponsorship activations. Operating in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment, this role balances long‑term brand equity with measurable growth outcomes.
Responsibilities
Define and execute an integrated Partnerships and Influencer Marketing strategy aligned with brand positioning and growth objectives.
Lead and optimize paid influencer, affiliate ambassador, and sponsorship programs to drive awareness, credibility, and acquisition.
Oversee high‑profile talent relationships, including scouting, contract negotiations, performance incentives, and usage rights.
Develop and manage long‑term sponsorship roadmaps across sports, wellness, medical, and cultural partnerships.
Ensure activations are executed across channels with clear measurement frameworks and ROI tracking.
Manage and mentor senior team leaders, fostering strong collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
Partner cross‑functionally with Growth, Creative, PR, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure integrated execution.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, sports or celebrity marketing, or brand strategy, ideally within consumer health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
Proven track record negotiating high‑profile talent, sponsorship, and partnership agreements.
Strong network and credibility across sports, entertainment, and or healthcare ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to balance brand storytelling with performance‑driven outcomes and measurable ROI.
Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and managing senior‑level direct reports.
Strategic, creative, and analytical mindset with strong relationship management skills.
Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments including agents, leagues, and associations.
