Position Overview: This role brings custom designs to life for UNRL customersranging from local corporation to international sports leagues. This role owns the end-to-end design and production of customer-facing apparel catalogs, ensuring accurate product representation, consistent branding, and high-quality visual storytelling. The position designs and refines apparel graphics, logos, trims, and embellishments; creates precise work orders and tech packs; and ensures all specifications meet brand standards and factory capabilities. The role partners with internal teams and external decorators, printers, and suppliers to execute artwork accurately, manages multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail and organized file systems, and leverages expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills while consistently living UNRL Core Values with a "Be An Athlete" mindset. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end design and production of customer-facing apparel catalogs, ensuring accurate product representation, brand consistency, and high-quality visual storytelling. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to gather required assets, confirm product updates, and deliver catalogs prior to deadlines. Design, update, and refine apparel graphics, logos, trims, and embellishments across multiple product categories. Create precise work orders for local decoration and tech packs for overseas production. Attention to all details in these files production-ready art files are critical for decorators, including exact logo sizes, placements, color codes, and execution notes. Ensure all measurements, print specifications, and embellishment details meet brand standards and factory/partner capabilities. Ensure all designs and embellishments meet or beat budget expectations. Partner closely with Merchandising, Product Development, Sales, and Operations teams to support customer-specific collaborations. Communicate clearly with external decorators, printers, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of all artwork and specifications. Maintain and enforce brand standards across all customer catalogs, art files, and production documents. Review and approve strike-offs to ensure accuracy in print quality, color matching, logo alignment, and scale. Manage multiple concurrent design projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain organized file systems, version control, and documentation to support efficient workflows and repeatable processes. Utilize expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools to produce professional-grade apparel graphics and layouts. Experience: 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry. Software Skills: Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong Design Fundamentals: Understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, composition, and layout. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow detailed instructions, check for accuracy, and ensure designs are production ready while following UNRL brand standards. Team-Oriented: Collaborative and open to receiving feedback and learning from senior designers and team members. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. Benefits

However, there is a broader salary range that allows for future growth and advancement. Salary levels are determined by factors such as the role, experience level, and job location. Within the established range, compensation is influenced by skills, competencies, relevant experience, education, training, and market demand.
