Location: McLean, VA Qualifications 14+ years experience within an agency or product design business Experience managing teams and coaching others Experience inspiring leadership members Experience in senior stakeholder management and growth of client accounts Expert in Adobe CS products, Figma and Sketch Experience managing design teams in agile environments Experience managing a design team that is split across different locations Experience designing great banking and finance products and services Responsibilities Manage an important client engagement and undertake senior stakeholder management Develop the creative execution across the entire team, ensuring outputs meet high studio standards Oversee multiple projects and work streams Work with clients to explore new opportunities and projects Contribute to external initiatives and promotion of the agency Inspire the rest of the studio through initiative and best practices Manage, mentor and line manage the team, making sure regular 1-2-1s are held Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
