What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture 2–5 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related design field Strong design sensibilities and a sharp eye for detail Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong 3D modeling/rendering skills (Rhino, SketchUp, Lumion) Great communicator and collaborative team member Self‑motivated, organized, and eager to contribute Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a sense of humor never hurts A portfolio or work samples demonstrating design thinking and creativity What You’ll Be Doing Creating presentation graphics, concept packages, and design development materials Assisting in the production of 3D models, renderings, and animations that support client presentations and design reviews Help to develop construction documents, cost estimates, and specifications for project delivery Participating in client meetings and project team sessions Collaborating closely with other designers and project managers across all phases of design Benefits 100% employer‑paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for the employee 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Support for continuing education, licensure, and professional development A creative, growth‑oriented studio culture with opportunities to expand your skills and shape meaningful public‑realm projects Compensation $27/hr – $45/hr This posted range reflects the typical compensation for this position and is provided in accordance with applicable state and local transparency laws.
