Graphic Designer
Cardinal Staffing is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support a small family business in Holland, OH. This role is perfect for a creative professional who can manage multiple projects, maintain brand consistency, and produce high-quality designs across digital and print platforms. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain brand assets for Hamilton Manufacturing and its car wash clients Create designs for digital, print, and large-format applications Produce graphics for websites, social media, email, signage, brochures, packaging, and trade show materials Design UI elements for mobile apps, e-commerce sites, and touchscreen displays Create large-scale artwork for vinyl wraps and Lexan panels Collaborate with marketing, sales, and internal teams to meet project goals Prepare production-ready files and maintain organized design assets Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field (or strong portfolio) 4+ years of professional design experience Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with HTML/CSS, WordPress, or email marketing platforms is a plus Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment About Cardinal Staffing
