Base pay range $45.00/hr - $47.00/hr Payrate $45.00 - $47.00/hr Summary Product Marketing Manager focused on ES Agentforce solutions. You'll leverage your own transformation story to help customers reimagine their employee experience through AI-powered solutions. You'll partner directly with leadership to package our story for customer meetings, driving measurable business impact and revenue growth. Responsibilities Product Marketing & Messaging Create clear, impactful messaging that demonstrates how our ES Agentforce solutions drive employee engagement, productivity, and business outcomes Tailor messaging for diverse audiences including C‑suite executives, HR leaders, and frontline employees Ensure consistency and alignment with customer needs and market trends across all communications Lead comprehensive GTM strategies for internal ES product launches Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Business Technology, and Customer Success teams Drive end‑to‑end execution ensuring readiness across all marketing materials, presentations, and demos Develop and deliver high‑impact product demos showcasing ES Agentforce solutions Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously refine and enhance demo effectiveness Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to bring ES Agentforce discussions into customer touchpoints Support sales meetings, webinars, and executive briefings with compelling product narratives Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance product messaging and positioning Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape in workforce engagement and AI‑powered HR tools Use competitive insights to differentiate our solutions and adjust strategies as needed Required Experience & Skills 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Communications Preferred experience in SaaS or AI‑driven technologies Proven track record in revenue‑impacting marketing roles Experience working with enterprise customers and C‑suite stakeholders Storytelling Excellence: Strong ability to translate technical features into compelling business narratives Demo Expertise: Experience creating engaging, high‑quality product demonstrations that communicate clear value Content Development: Proven skills in developing customer‑facing marketing materials and presentations Executive Presence: Comfortable presenting to and building relationships with senior executives Cross‑functional Collaboration: Experience working effectively across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with employee experience or HR technology solutions Background in customer success or working alongside account executives Knowledge of platform and ecosystem Understanding of AI/automation technologies in workplace applications Track record of driving measurable business impact through marketing initiatives Pay Transparency & Benefits The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $47.00/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
